Practice
Mr. Buderi is the managing partner of the London office and a member of the Corporate International Department. His practice areas and experience include privatizations, joint ventures, project finance, construction, international mergers and acquisitions, and a wide range of contracts in the petroleum and petrochemical industries, as well as international arbitration related to the petroleum industry and to other international commercial transactions.
Mr. Buderi is a former legal advisor to the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal (1988-1990) and was an International Law Fellow at the International Law Institute and at Georgetown University (1984-1986). Mr. Buderi is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Mr. Buderi’s publications include articles related to the shipping industry, the law of the sea, international arbitration and various other international law topics. He has also lectured on various project finance topics.
