Charles Summers utilizes 21 years of experience in software research and development, with 15 involving digital communications protocols. He is a published expert in the telecom protocols used in Broadframe, having written three technical books, including a 1999 publication on ADSL standards and architecture. For the past 8 years Charles has managed all aspects of software creation, from design and production to distribution, maintenance and support, as co-founder and VP of Engineering of TeleSoft International, Inc. Charles’ prior work history includes acting as lead engineer on several telecom projects for Bell Labs and as a consultant for Advanced Micro Devices on telecom software architecture and implementation. Charles received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University and his Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Colorado. |
