Mr. Dargan is the founder and principal of CFO 911 a company with broad and deep operational and managerial expertise in accounting and finance as well as capital markets expertise in financing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dargan has extensive experience in public and private companies and has served in both financial (CFO) and operational (EVP Operations) capacities. Further Mr. Dargan began his finance career in investment banking with Drexel Burnham Lambert and later became Managing Director of two regional firms including The Seidler Companies. Additionally he has raised capital and advised numerous private and public companies in corporate accounting and finance. Mr. Dargan holds MBA and MS Finance degrees from the University of Southern California and an AB in Government from Dartmouth. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst a Certified Public Accountant and also holds Series 7 24 27 and 63 Securities licenses. |
