J. Charles Williams joined Delek Refining in November 2006 as Vice President - Trading and Supply with over 20 years experience in Global Trading and Supply. Prior to joining Delek Refining Mr. Williams served in various capacities in North America Europe and the Middle East of increasing responsibility with ExxonMobil or its affiliates or predecessors from 1986 through 2000. After 2000 Mr. Williams was employed by Tosco Refining and Plains All American in various managerial capacities in trading refining and pipeline operations. |
