C.J. Wauters is an associate in the Milwaukee office and a member of the firm's Securities Practice Group. His specialty is the representation of public companies with respect to offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law compliance matters. He also has experience relating to private securities offerings and general corporate and fiduciary matters. Mr. Wauters graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as an intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Anne Walsh Bradley and was a member of the Wisconsin Environmental Law Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Mr. Wauters is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association.
