Chuck Maglio has a host of long-standing relationships with companies that have come to rely on him and his firm for a variety of human resource consulting services. Being founder of Maglio & Company in 1980, Chuck had already completed two important phases of his business career that readied him for his own start-up. The first, with the General Electric Company and Allis-Chalmers, providing a strong foundation in the working disciplines of marketing and operations management, in major corporations that employed sophisticated management techniques. He leveraged that experience as he became managing partner of a large search practice for a leading Milwaukee-based management consulting firm. In his tenure, that line of business experience represents steady and dramatic growth.
Chuck's style is one of being a very effective listener and an astute evaluator of business situations and talent. He has earned his strong reputation as an accomplished and consistent "doer", whose techniques have been fine-tuned to an unusual level of efficiency. Chuck is a gifted project manager and communicator. He works with clients to develop a consensus about objectives and success factors, then formulates the strategies to achieve or exceed the desired results.
In addition to consulting and managing the growth and operations of Maglio & Clark, Chuck is a member of the Board of Directors of a Wisconsin based company. He is also an active member of the Milwaukee Athletic Club Business Round Table. Additionally, Chuck volunteers his time giving seminars on career planning.
