Chuck has over 26 years of professional engineering and project management experience in the power
generation industry. His project assignments have varied from design engineer through project director of
EPC-based contracts for major power generating and process facilities throughout the United States,
Canada, Europe, and South America. Chuck joined C&B in as Vice President with a focus on project
management and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Chuck has been responsible for
profit-and-loss and technical delivery of projects under his direction. In addition to multidisciplined
engineering experience, he has completed a number of proforma and economic analyses in support of
project development and new facility siting. His generation background encompasses fossil (coal, natural
gas, oil), biomass (wood, bagasse), hydroelectric, and nuclear power projects. Process experience
includes new facility design and plant retrofit projects for the automotive, heavy metals, plastic injection
molding, paper making, and petrochemical industries. He has published over 15 technical articles and
industry reports. He is active in many technical societies and committees and presently chairs ASCE
Energy Division’s Executive Committee. |
