Brethren Mutual's President/Chief Operations Officer is Charles H. Flickinger, CPA, PHR, CIC, CPCU, ARe, CLU.
Joining Brethren Mutual in April 1990 as the Business/Human Resources manager, Charles was promoted to the position of Brethren's Assistant to the President/Secretary in 1993. In 1995, he was elected as an official member of the Company's Board of Directors. Charles was named President in 1999.
Charles tracks the Company's conservative growth in new areas where it can be successful. Additionally, Charles stresses upon Brethren's commitment to the independent agency system. He believes in the Company reaping the benefits of new technology to improve and strengthen its operations. |
