Charles H. (Chuck) McElrea has served as a member of our board since May 2004. Mr. McElrea also served as our chief executive officer from May 2004 to October 2005. Prior to that time, Mr. McElrea worked at Georgia-Pacific for 26 years, most recently as president of the distribution division for four years and as vice president of finance, information technology and strategy of containerboard and packaging for one year. Mr. McElrea held several other senior management positions including vice president of distribution division integrated business systems, vice president of packaging division business planning & logistics, vice president of pulp & paper logistics, vice president of purchasing and vice president of the bleached board division. He also held company positions in both manufacturing and finance/accounting. Mr. McElrea received a bachelor’s degree in business from California Polytechnic State University in 1977.
