Professional Experience Charlie McCrea is a shareholder with the Litigation Department of Lionel Sawyer & Collins. Mr. McCrea has extensive experience representing clients in complex civil litigation, corporate law, commercial transactions, business law, and gaming law. Immediately after law school Mr. McCrea served as a clerk at the Nevada Supreme Court. In 1976 he joined Lionel Sawyer & Collins where he remained until 1994 when he joined Mikohn Corporation as Vice President and General Counsel. Following his career with Mikohn, Mr. McCrea was a shareholder in McCrea Martin Allison, Ltd. During the almost 20 years he was with Lionel Sawyer & Collins, he opened the firm's Reno office and spent several years practicing in Reno. Mr. McCrea is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California.
