Charles H. Kuderna is a semi-retired income tax specialist who has lived in Prince George’s County for 39 years.
He is a graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois and has taken post-graduate courses in political philosophy at the University of Maryland, College Park.
In the work arena, Mr. Kuderna was the comptroller of an Army subordinate command, Assistant to the City Manager and Deputy Director Public Works for the City of College Park, Maryland.
His other academic accomplishments include attendance at the Federal Executive’s Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia; Professional Military Comptrollers Course, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery Alabama; Defense Resource Management, Monterey California; and numerous other organizational management and personnel management courses.
Mr. Kuderna has been active in community and civic circles, and his work has included board membership of the Lake Arbor Civic Association, the Newbridge Community Association, and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE). Mr. Kuderna was also a citizen participant on a state-sponsored panel for the implementation of enhanced child support administration and collection procedures.
