Mr. Greiner was appointed to Caraustar’s board in October 2004. He is a member of the Compensation and Employee Benefits Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. From 1972 until 1999, Mr. Greiner held a succession of key positions at Union Camp Corporation including 10 years in sales and marketing, was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the company’s printing paper business and later served as Executive Vice President responsible for printing papers, chemicals and wholesale distribution. Following the acquisition of Union Camp by International Paper in 1999, he was appointed Senior Vice President of the company’s printing paper business.
