He has vast experience representing primarily Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients on their strategic portfolio planning, corporate headquarters transactions, build to suits, sale/leasebacks, dispositions, portfolio repositioning, audits and other complex requirements. He has been actively involved in real estate since graduation from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate in 1991.Charles formed the Mohr Partners Arizona office in Phoenix in 1995 and since that time has built a strong team of experienced professionals that have had tremendous success in both the local market as well as in national and international representation for the firm’s clientele. Charles and his wife Debbie have two sons and live in Scottsdale where the Mohr Partners office is located.
