Chuck Rigg joined Maxim in 1996 as the Managing Director of Administration and as General Counsel. Mr. Rigg brought the Company twenty-six years of legal experience, practicing commercial and real estate law and litigation, most recently as a former Director at the law firm of Ropers, Majeski. In the spring of 1999, Mr. Rigg was promoted to the Company's Vice President of Administration and General Counsel. In his current position as Senior Vice President, Mr. Rigg has global responsibility for Human Resources, internal audit, security, real estate and legal activities (contracts, immigration, litigation, compliance, patents, and trademarks). He also oversees a broad range of Company administrative activities, comprised of purchasing, receiving, and facilities and maintenance at the Company's Sunnyvale, CA corporate headquarters. Mr. Rigg holds a BA degree from Stanford with a major in economics and minors in mathematics and history. He also holds a JD from UCLA. |
