Charles Lamb brings an impressive array of industrial and legal experience to the Middleton Reutlinger intellectual property section. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lamb was engaged for more than twenty years as patent and trademark counsel for several major corporations, as well as maintaining an active private patent and trademark practice. He has obtained USA and worldwide protection for numerous inventions, including personal appearances before such tribunals as the European Patent Office and the Chilean Patent Office. Mr. Lamb also gained protection for the local creator of the unique knife used by actor Sylvester Stallone in the popular Rambo movies. Mr. Lamb is also an inventor himself, holding four USA and over fifty international patents. In his spare time, Mr. Lamb was a contributing author to the book Marketing Your Invention. |
