Charles G. Brown is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C and serves as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Group’s Medicare Set-Aside Compliance Program and Co Chair of the Worker's Compensation Group. His work in handling medicare set-aside compliance matters has been for both workers' compensation and liability claims for companies in various industries and of various sizes. In addition, he handles workers’ compensation cases for employers, workers’ compensation insurance carriers, and third party administrators. Mr. Brown is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Brown graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1978 with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University in 1983. Mr. Brown is a frequent lecturer on issues related to work place injuries. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Self Insureds as well as the National Council for Self Insureds. He is also a member of the Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania. Mr. Brown has been named in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America and named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. |
