Experience:
Charles Regan focuses on benefits and ERISA litigation, with wide experience in pension class actions. He defends individuals and corporations in cases alleging bank fraud, consumer fraud, and common law fraud. He represents defendants in lawsuits involving construction of nuclear power plants, and he prosecutes and defends challenges to the constitutionality of state statutes.
Charles also advises on professional responsibility matters, with a focus on legal conflict issues in Mayer Brown’s offices worldwide.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Marvin E. Aspen in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (1988-1989).
