As senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer at RSA Security, Charles Kane is responsible for all of the financial and treasury functions for the company.
Mr. Kane joined RSA Security in May 2006 and has more than 20 years of executive leadership and financial management experience. Prior to joining RSA Security, Mr. Kane held senior executive roles at several software and technology companies, including Aspen Technology and Corechange.
Mr. Kane holds a Master of Business Administration in International Finance from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Kane is a certified public accountant, and serves on the boards of directors at Applix and Netezza Corporation. He has also served as an adjunct professor of international finance at several prestigious universities
