Charles is responsible for strategic management of PMI’s Human Resources functions. This includes worldwide responsibility for executive and non-executive compensation, employee benefits, employee relations and corporate training and development.
Charles has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. He started his career with Allstate Insurance Group, transferring to PMI in 1989, and assuming his current position in 2002.
Charles is currently the President of the PMI Foundation, an organization which grants Foundation dollars to worthy organizations in the U.S. and throughout Asia and Europe.
A graduate of San Francisco State University, Charles holds a B.A. in Business Administration. He is extremely involved in Habitat for Humanity and is actively involved with various youth and community organizations.
