Charles E. Thomas is president and chief executive officer of West Virginia Corporate Credit Union, a post he's held since 1987. Prior to this position, he worked for the West Virginia League Services Corporation in various positions where he had the opportunity to consult with credit unions on various operational and technical issues, beginning in 1981. Currently, he also is a member of U.S. Central's Asset-Liability Product Council. Previously, he served as the liaison between the Association of Corporate Credit Unions and the National Credit Union Foundation, where during that time, the highly successful Community Investment Fund was originated. He also has served as a recent member of the U.S. Central Credit Committee. |
