Charles E. Long has served as a member of our Board since January 2001. Mr. Long is former vice chairman of Citicorp and its principal subsidiary Citibank. Mr. Long held various positions during his career with Citicorp which began in 1972. From 1982 to 1998 he headed Citicorp’s External Affairs Division which includes the Government Relations Division in Washington D.C. From 1976 to 1982 he was responsible for managing Citicorp’s international consumer banking business as well as legal and external affairs for consumer banking worldwide. Mr. Long is a trustee of the Midwest Research Institute. He has served as an officer director or trustee on a number of corporate charitable and public boards including vice chairman of Georgetown University vice chairman and director of Woodrow Wilson House Museum and Ford’s Theater in Washington D.C. Mr. Long is also a director of The Drummond Company. Mr. Long is a member of the board of directors of Gendux AB our wholly-owned subsidiary. Mr. Long received his B.B.A. in business from St. John’s University. In 1998 he received an Honorary Doctor of Business Degree from St. John’s University. |
