Charles Weir is a partner in the law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, resident in the Firm's Los Angeles office. As a member of the Trial Department, Charles has a wide range of experience in general civil litigation matters, including the areas of real estate, intellectual property, healthcare and white collar criminal defense. Charles has extensive experience in civil motion practice and discovery, including taking and defending numerous depositions. Charles' trial experience includes a complex real estate dispute involving a ten acre site in downtown Los Angeles and a contract dispute involving the acquisition of a radiation oncology clinic.
