Charles E. Vandeveer was elected to the Board of Directors on March 21, 1997. Mr. Vandeveer has held various management, supervisory, administrative and project positions since he joined the Company in 1987. He is a retired Commander, United States Navy, Supply Corps. Mr. Vandeveer served as a Director of Naval Supply Centers and Supply Annexes, managing material operations and ship repairable programs. He was also a Ship Superintendent/Type Desk Officer, responsible for coordinating Naval Shipyard repairs and overhauls. Mr. Vandeveer has brought his valuable Navy experience to the Company and has put it to work expanding the Company's presence in the Oxnard area. Mr. Vandeveer received his Bachelors degree in Agricultural Industries from Southern Illinois University in 1963. |
