Charles E. Campbell, 62, has been the president of Campbell & Associates a financial consulting firm and financial public relations and since 1981. Prior to founding Campbell & Associates he was the Assistant to the Chairman and Director of Communication for Envirodyne Industries, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: ENVR). In 1990, he founded The Geneva American Group, Inc. which is now known as QRS Music Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: QRSM). In 2001 to 2003 he was the president of U.S. Consolidated Industries, Inc., a public company that merged with Alltech International Holdings, Inc. and was subsequently purchased by W.R. Grace (NYSE:GRA). He was the president of Great Lakes Acquisition, Inc., prior to its merger with Integrate Parking Solutions, LLC and MeterTek, LLC in March of 2006. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in 1967 and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in 1969. |
