Mr. Bayless has been a director since 2006. He has been the President of the West Virginia University Institute of Technology since April 2005. Mr. Bayless served as Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of Illinova Corporation an electric utility company from 1998 to 1999. From 1992 to 1998 he served as Chief Executive Officer of UniSource Energy Corp. an electric utility company. Mr. Bayless holds a B.S.E.E. from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology an M.S.E.E. in power engineering and a J.D. from the West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Michigan. He is a current board member of Commerce Energy and the Ontario Power Authority. |
