Prior to joining Plexus in February 2006, Mr. Bybee was a partner at the law firm of Faegre & Benson, LLP and was Plexus’ principal outside counsel on matters for its clients. He has advised public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, roll-ups, financings, leveraged leases, like-kind exchanges, joint ventures and low income housing tax credit syndications. Mr. Bybee has worked extensively with clients in the oil and gas exploration and production industry and has represented a number of Plexus’ clients in connection with transactions that Plexus has structured for those clients.
Mr. Bybee earned a B.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in 1984, from Texas A&M University. In 1987, Mr. Bybee earned a J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Texas and is a licensed certified public accountant in Texas. |
