Mr. Moseley is the founding General Partner of Noro-Moseley Partners, a venture capital organization based in Atlanta. Approximately $600 million of venture capital has been managed by Noro-Moseley since its inception in 1983, and its Limited Partners include U.S. and European institutional and individual investors. Noro-Moseley has invested in over 130 companies, particularly in the information and medical technology industries. Most of the companies have their headquarters in the Southern region of the U.S. Prior to forming Noro-Moseley, Mr. Moseley was Senior Vice President and a Director of the Robinson-Humphrey Company. He was responsible for that Company’s corporate investment banking business, including underwriting of securities, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Moseley has served as a Director of LearnSomething since May 2000. |
