Description of Practice:
Charles D. Jarrell is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office where he practices in the Litigation Department. Mr. Jarrell's practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis in large scale contract disputes and commercial fraud claims. He has represented a computer component manufacturer in the prosecution of a breach of warranty action, and has participated in the prosecution of a multimillion dollar attorney's fee dispute. He also holds significant experience with a variety of real estate disputes. Mr. Jarrell has jury trial experience and has participated extensively in alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Jarrell was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1994 and is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
