Chuck Perry leads SRA’s Defense Business Solutions work for clients in the U.S. Department of Defense. He oversees the design, development, integration, and implementation of complex information systems for these clients, and he is a recognized expert in the field of logistics.
Perry joined SRA in 1988, serving as a project manager for the company’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) logistics work. He was responsible for the development of a comprehensive logistics materiel management system and for all project planning. Prior to joining SRA, he served in the U.S. Army for 30 years in a number of senior-level logistics positions, including Deputy Director, Plans and Operations Directorate for the Department of the Army headquarters.
