Mr. Charles C. McGettigan, serves as Chairman of the Board and has been a director of the Company since June 1994. Mr. McGettigan is a co-founder and managing director of McGettigan, Wick & Co., Inc., an investment banking firm formed in 1988, and a co-founder and general partner of Proactive Investment Managers, L.P., the general partner of Proactive Partners, L.P., a merchant banking fund formed in 1991. Prior to founding McGettigan, Wick & Co., Inc., he was a Principal, Corporate Finance, of Hambrecht & Quist and a Senior Vice President of Dillon, Read & Co. Mr. McGettigan currently is a director of Cuisine Solutions, Inc., Tanknology Inc., and Chairman of Onsite Energy and Corgi International Ltd.. |
