Chuck is responsible for the worldwide financial and IT activities of our organization. In addition to an extensive and diverse financial background, he possesses broad expertise in purchasing management, HR management, product manufacturing, project management, automotive product design/development and the Toyota Production System. Professional Experience Chuck has more than 28 years of progressive executive financial management experience. Prior to BBK, he was Vice President of Finance & Administration and Treasurer at Intertec Systems, a joint venture of Johnson Controls and Inoac Corporation. Intertec Systems is a leading automotive plastics component manufacturing, design, development and engineering company. At Intertec Systems Chuck was responsible for all operational & commercial finance activities, treasury operations, strategic planning, external & operational reporting, audit & GAAP, banking & capital management, IT operations, M&A activities, risk management, and legal oversight & coordination. In his time there, he also served as Vice President of Finance, Purchasing, & Administration, Corporate Controller, and Division Controller. Prior to Intertec, Chuck was Division Controller with Trim Trends, Inc, (a division of Harvard Industries). During his time there Chuck automated the companys accounting systems, led their second largest plant management team in a successful nine-month financial turnaround and seamlessly integrated a $50 million Harvard acquisition into Trim Trends. In the early 80s he served Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an Audit Supervisor. In this role he had overall audit supervisory leadership of Ford Motor Companys North American Automotive Assembly and Metal Stamping Divisions. |
