Charles C. Cook serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Corporate Business Development and Treasurer. His responsibilities include all financing, treasury, and risk control activities, as well as strategic planning and corporate business development.
Cook joined Dynegy’s predecessor Destec Energy, Inc. in 1991. When the company was acquired by Dynegy, Cook joined the Treasury group. He has held positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, and Senior Vice President and Treasurer.
Cook earned both a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Texas.
