Charles B. Wilmore is a toxic tort and environmental litigation attorney whose practice includes occupational disease, mass tort, property damage and regulatory litigation. In addition, he regularly handles construction litigation and insurance coverage issues in the construction context. Mr. Wilmore received a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1999. He graduated Order of the Coif from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2003, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.He has served as a director for the Young Lawyers Section (YLS) of the New Orleans Bar Association and also served several years as a co-chair of the YLS Social Committee.
