Chuck Lee has extensive experience in banking and financial transactions. He represents borrowers and lenders in the structuring and closing of a wide range of financing transactions.
Mr. Lee serves as counsel for major domestic and international banks, manufacturers, investors, project sponsors, project entities, service companies and high net worth individuals. He regularly represents clients in connection with the following matters:
