Mr. Zogas has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Operations Officer of Midland Federal since 1982. He was elected a Director in 1983, and also serves as Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Zogas holds a BS degree from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, and a Juris Doctor degree from IIT/Chicago - Kent College of Law. Mr. Zogas also provides legal services from time to time to private clients. Mr. Zogas is the brother of Paul Zogas. |
