Mr. Vice has been our Chief Operating Officer since July 2001 and was appointed President in October 2005. Mr. Vice oversees our operations, including market development, customer support, business development activities and as President, he will also oversee the execution of ICE's technology strategies. Mr. Vice has over 15 years of experience in applying information technology in the energy industry. Mr. Vice joined Continental Power Exchange, Inc. as a Marketing Director during its startup in 1994. Prior to joining Continental Power Exchange, Inc., Mr. Vice was a Principal with Energy Management Associates for five years, providing consulting services to energy firms. From 1985 to 1988, he was a Systems Analyst with Electronic Data Systems. Mr. Vice holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. |
