Charles has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisition and development with senior experience in structure financing. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, he served as Senior Vice President at Carlton Group. Earlier, as Managing Executive Director for The Bradford Group, he oversaw $250M of residential condominium conversions, securing primary mortgage, mezzanine and equity finance that provided 30%+ average project equity IRR's. And, as Senior Vice President of AFC Realty Capital, he originated over $175M in CMBS finance for commercial office and multi-family client base. Kerecz received a dual degree in Business Administration, a Commerce Engineering Degree from Drexel University along with post graduate financial and marketing studies from the University of Pennsylvania. |
