Charles Harper is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for Halifax. Charlie joined the company in October, 2004 through the acquisition of AlphaNational Technology Services where he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development from 1997 until joining Halifax. Prior to AlphaNational he was with IBM where he spent over 30 years in various service related positions. After several executive field management positions he was Director of Complementary Product Service where he launched and managed IBM’s multi-vendor services business for 10 years. Prior to his retirement from IBM he managed IBM’s alliance and acquisition efforts for Availability Services for North America. Charlie received a BA in economics from North Carolina State University in 1972 and a Masters in Business from Columbia University in 1986. He received a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in 1996. |
