Charlie joined ServerVault in January 2007 and leads all financial and administrative functions for the company, including financial planning and control, investor relations, corporate governance, human resources, and legal matters.Charlie brings to ServerVault more than 30 years of management experience in a broad variety of executive and operating roles with both publicly traded and privately-held companies, including managing divisions for Fortune 100 companies. Most recently he served as executive vice president and CFO with IPIX Corp.(NASDAQ: IPIXQ), where he engineered $20 million in private equity financing, developed accounting and reporting systems to achieve SOX compliance, and negotiated prime contractor terms with a large federal agency.Previously, with Cigital Inc., Group 1 Software (acquired by Pitney-Bowes, NYSE: PBI), and Penta Systems International, Charlie held CFO and executive VP-level positions in which he conducted strategic planning, directed numerous mergers and acquisitions, established financial controls, arranged financing and managed international organizations. Additionally, as a Financial Officer and Director of several publicly traded companies, his background includes SEC, Wall Street, banking, board level corporate governance, and communications experience.Charlie holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, a Masters degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Loyola College and is a certified public accountant. |
