Charlene leads the program management teams for all strategic meeting management customers.
She is also accountable for the relationship between BCD Meetings & Incentives and StarCite, as well as the successful deployment of technology within BCD Meetings & Incentives and on behalf of our customers.
Charlene is a 13-year veteran in the meeting, incentive and sports marketing fields and specializes in strategic meetings management operations and implementation. Charlene is very active in MPI's Chicago Chapter and recently earned the Global Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) professional designation.
Charlene is based at BCD Meetings & Incentives' Chicago headquarters. |
