As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, Charlene serves capital markets and asset management clients. She has successfully recruited talent for senior-level positions in sales, trading, structuring, portfolio management, risk management, research, and strategic planning.
Charlene embarked on a financial services search career in 1995. Most recently, she was a Principal with Grant Resources Inc., an executive search firm specializing in recruiting derivatives and capital markets professionals.
Charlene’s decade on the trading floors of two top-tier investment banking firms gives her unique insights when assessing the suitability of candidates. During her tenure with Morgan Stanley as a Derivatives Product Specialist, she was responsible for the structuring and marketing of fixed income and currency derivatives. At Citigroup, she held a similar role. Charlene entered the financial services industry with Chemical Bank in commercial lending.
A graduate of Cornell University, Charlene holds an MBA from New York University. She is based in the firm’s New York headquarters. |
