Charlene Brinson is Director of Sales and exclusive Broker for The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage of Gencom Group and oversees the sales operations of the 150 residence community in Rancho Mirage, California. Brinson has held a variety of management positions as a Vice President in commercial lending; private banking; and marketing and sales throughout the years. Prior to joining Gencom, Charlene served as Sales Director and Broker of Senterra Group's The Villas of Mirada in Rancho Mirage. CA. As such, Charlene successfully launched and structured a sales system, managed the sales and marketing efforts, and put together a successful team of professionals in the field. Before assuming that position with Senterra Group, Charlene was recognized as one of the desert's most dedicated real estate professionals having been the recipient of multiple awards for top high-end sales in the brokerage community. Recognized for her leadership, vision, integrity, and overall professionalism, Brinson has been honored with the coveted Image Award from a previous brokerage firm. Charlene has represented, over the years, hundreds of satisfied homeowners, builders and developers. She has also been instrumental in directing all sales and marketing efforts for her family-owned business in custom home building. In her earlier career years, Charlene served as Regional Marketing Officer of Southern California First National Bank, and was responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts of the bank's San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles branches. Surviving mergers and acquisitions, Charlene embarked upon the commmercial lending side of banking, and later into the private banking arena where she managed her client's real estate investment portfolios. Charlene attended Orange Coast College, and the University of California, Irvine majoring in marketing and finance. |
