Charlene Spoede Budd, PhD, CPA, CMA, CFM, PMP, has served as our director since June 25, 2007. Ms. Budd is Professor Emeritus of Accounting at Baylor University, where she was a professor and Emerson O. Henke Chair of Accounting from 1991 through 2005, and where she has taught graduate management accounting, graduate project management, and other classes since 1973. She received her PhD in business administration from The University of Texas-Austin and her MBA and undergraduate degrees from Baylor University. She holds certifications as a CPA, CMA, CFM, PMP, and in all six professional categories of the theory of constraints.
