Charity Falls's practice focuses on federal and state taxation of for-profit and nonprofit business entities, individuals and estates, as well as on corporate law, estate planning and estate administration.
Ms. Falls regularly advises clients on federal and state tax implications of business entity formation, merger, transfer and dissolution. She has significant experience with limited liability companies and other pass-thru entities.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Ms. Falls served as a law clerk to the Honorable Graham C. Mullen of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. |
