Chandrasekhar ("Sekhar") Krishnan comes to ReaMetrix with close to 15 years of experience covering new process/product development and manufacturing optimization in the polymer & petrochemical industry. Prior to joining ReaMetrix, Sekhar was with General Electric as a Program Leader in charge of polycarbonate process technology at GE Plastics (late '99 to mid '05). As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt at GE, Sekhar drove execution of several technology & manufacturing initiatives leading to improved quality, efficiency & reliability. Also in this capacity, Sekhar helped build the "Chemical Engineering & Modeling" center of excellence at the John F. Welch Technology Center - GE's R&D facility in Bangalore. Sekhar's industrial experience prior to GE covered a 9 year combined stint at Occidental Chemical Corporation's Technology Center in Grand Island, New York and Exxon's Polymer Development Center in Baytown, Texas. Sekhar holds a BS from A. C. College of Technology (Madras, India) and MS/Ph. D. degrees from the University of Akron (Akron, Ohio) - all in Chemical Engineering. He also completed a number of key business management courses from the State University of New York - Buffalo & the University of Houston. |
