Chad Hollingsworth, a member of the Telecommunications Group, provides mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial advisory services to clients within the telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Daniels, Mr. Hollingsworth was an equity research analyst at Janus Mutual Funds covering the Health Care industry for five years. His responsibilities included performing fundamental research on potential investments (both domestic and international), and providing investment recommendations based on this research, as well as detailed valuation models and market analysis. His coverage responsibility at its peak exceeded $6 billion in invested capital, and included a wide variety of stocks, ranging from large companies such as Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline to small-cap Japanese medical technology companies. Mr. Hollingsworth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, with Honors, from Stanford University. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
