Chad L. Stephens joined the Company in 1990. He was named as Senior Vice President - Corporate Development in 2002, and prior to that he served as Senior Vice President - Southwest. From 1988 until 1990, Mr. Stephens was with Duer Wagner & Co., an independent oil and gas producer. He spent the previous four years as an independent oil operator in Midland, Texas. From 1979 to 1984, Mr. Stephens was with Cities Service Company and HNG Oil Company. Mr. Stephens received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Land Management from the University of Texas. |
