Chad has over 10 years of experience as a restructuring professional. He has represented debtors, trustees, secured creditors and creditor groups in reorganization, litigation, auditing and forensic investigation matters. He has assisted his clients in areas such as: preparing and evaluating business and restructuring plans; negotiating with creditors and terms of plans of reorganization; valuing business enterprises and transactions; arranging debtor-in-possession (DIP) and exit financing; raising equity; and evaluating fraudulent and preferential transfers. Chad’s engagements have been in a wide range of industries, including: chemicals, construction, healthcare, leasing, manufacturing, petroleum products, real estate, retail and wholesale, securities, sports and entertainment, telecommunications, and transportation. Prior to joining Traxi, Chad was a Senior Director in Arthur Andersen LLP’s Corporate Restructuring Practice. Chad is a CPA and received his BSBA with Honors in Management from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
