Chad is the manager of the firm's High Technology Practice Group. He is responsible for overseeing and servicing clients in high technology industries, including Internet, biotechnology, software, hardware and telecommunications.
Some of Chad's recent projects include designing and building an financial projection model for a start-up Internet company, developing internal controls procedures for an online business-to-business marketplace, consulting on the financing structure of a client's recent venture capital round and preparing a biotechnology firm for a "Big Five" audit. Chad has been instrumental in leading many companies from inception to operation, including advising them on many of their "first" decisions to helping management execute long-range strategic plans.
Chad is a Certified Public Accountant with approximately 8 years of experience in public accounting. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gordon College with a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration. Formerly with Ernst & Young, Chad worked with start-up companies in the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
Chad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Public Accounts.
