Mr. Hansen is an associate in the firm's Dayton office. He has practiced law for nearly 10 years, beginning his career as a staff attorney with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho. After obtaining an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida, Mr. Hansen joined Dayton’s Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard. He has also practiced at the law firm of Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Hansen’s practice focuses primarily on matters involving state and federal taxation. He frequently represents individuals and business clients in structuring and implementing a variety of transactions, including business formations, real estate ventures, sales and restructurings, tax-exempt organizations, and tax disputes with state and federal authorities. Mr. Hansen has been a frequent speaker on business and taxation topics at seminars and functions. He is the former co-chair of the Dayton Bar Association’s Business Law and Taxation Committee and co-author of the Tax Corner column featured in the Dayton Bar Briefs magazine. |
